Andrea Judd, a California native,
really discovered her singing voice as a young teen
and blossomed into one of her high school's best
soloists.
There is no doubt, when hearing the passion in Andrea's
voice, that she believes the message she sings and
has a close personal relationship with her Creator.
In 1995, Andrea married college sweetheart, best
friend
and fellow singer, Marc Judd, and now shares the
parenting
of their two children, Jeremy (age 5) and Ella Grace
(1 1/2 years). "They keep me on my toes!" exhausted
Mamma states, "They are both totally exhausting
and rewarding. I'd have it no other way," she
adds with a smile.
Most days find Jeremy pursuing his passions for building
and creating things (he desires, even at the young
age of 5, to become a Rover Scientist -- to build
the Rover "robots", as he calls it, that
will roam Mars, or to become a computer programmer).
He also begs to do math each day as he loves to play
with numbers, adding and subtracting. "My biggest
fear with taking on home schooling this year, is
that a few months into it, he will be teaching me," says
Andrea looking ahead to starting Kindergarten with
Jeremy this Fall.
Ella's greatest joy right now is learning to run
(away from brother, that is), playing with toys (usually
Brother's), and "reading" books. [Be sure
to check out their pictures included in this bio!]
"The text I am claiming for my life right now
is: 'When she speaks, her words are wise, and kindness
is the rule when she gives instructions.'
Proverbs 31:26 (NLT) While all of Proverbs 31 has
much to say of the godly
woman, these words especially stand out to me as
I learn to grow in patience and wisdom with my children.
I do not take lightly my responsibility to rear and
disciple my children."
